Security conscious - Your safety is our priority

As we move ever closer to our construction completion date, our partnership with IBC Security is stronger than ever and will continue as a long term commitment to offer owners the best security.

IBC are currently monitoring and responding to the site through a CCTV structure which was installed earlier this year. IBC technicians are also on site during the building process to oversee the alarm installation of each individual plot.

K9 & Fast Response structures are Performing frequent patrols day and night at Fonte Algarve Residences to support not only the staff involved within the complex, but to increase the security awareness within the area.

Once completed then IBC Security will continue to apply its no-nonsense approach towards the protection of all Owners and their properties within Fonte Algarve Residences in addition to giving added piece of mind with services such as RESPOND24 direct emergency number, First Aid, automatic defibrillation and basic fire-fighting given and applied by our trained Fast Response Units. IBC K9 teams are also on hand to provide back up when needed and the IBC Central teams will coordinate with all Emergency services 24/7 in the event of an emergency.
